This support group is for women experiencing heartbreak or conflict from relationships, navigating life changes, or divorce. This group provides support and guidance for women going through relationship turmoil to find their spark again. Let’s heal and tend to your heart together.

THERAPY SERVICES

I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my masters from University of New England with a focus in Individuals, families and groups. I’ve been practicing for 13 years. I specifically enjoy helping people find perspective through the voice of their pain. I think pain and discomfort can be our best teacher if we allow ourselves to look at it, this way.
